IWSG Day- High on Writing!

Insecure Writers Support Group New Badge

Wow, it’s March already? I have a feeling that before I know I’ll be saying Happy 2018! Anyways, it’s IWSG day again! Where every first Wednesday of month us writers get together. Sharing our highs and lows in this winding and occasional potholed road of our writing journeys. To push each other and celebrate when we reach our goals. As well as pull each other up and encourage to go on when we stumble. Writing can be a long, strange trip. And so thanks for creating the light to guide us, the IWSG, goes to ninja extraordinaire Alex J. Cavanaugh!

So I wonder what’ll happen if I try to upload a new chapter consistently on Fridays. Continue reading

It’s that I lose interest in–or stop caring–about my subject part of the way through writing on it.

Sometimes it’s because I realize that what I have to say isn’t as original as I thought. Other times, it’s because I look into an issue deeper and realize there is way too much information out there and I just don’t have the time to give it the justice it deserves. Sometimes, I have no idea why, I just lose interest or motivation. It’s not exactly writer’s block. It’s…

Abrupt writer’s apathy, if you will. Continue reading
