As you know, I’m starting 2018 by taking part in a writing challenge, the 85K90. The goal of this challenge is to write 85,000 words in 90 days.
Knowing that I do best by starting in the middle, I decided to write the third story from my Foreseen series. Why? Because I’ve often get stuck and waffle around in the middle of the story. Found it helps for me to progress with the story if I start from there instead of the beginning. Another reason is that I used to do yoga. And as they say ‘write what you know.’
So, without further ado let me introduce you to Jenna and Jason, my couple from Foreseen 3 “On the Mat.”
Welcome Jenna and Jason.
Okay, I’ve been mulling over some things now that NaNoWriMo is over. One of which is whether I should sign up to take the 85K90D challenge.
What is the 85K90D challenge?
Well it’s the same as NaNoWriMo. But instead of writing 50,000 words in 30 days, you’re writing 85,000 words in 90 days. That’s a lot of words to write but you have three times the time frame to write it in.
Happy Monday everyone! And whoo, you have no idea how close that today’s post wouldn’t have been available at his regular blog schedule. Had every intention of writing and posting something much later today. But alas, here I am close to midnight and typing away.
Anyways, NaNoWriMo began last Wednesday. How am I doing so far? Well I’m off to a slow start but I am a slow writer so I guess you can say I’m on track.
