Paving My Author’s Road Top 10 of 2016

 

Well 2016 has come to an end and in 40 hours to be exact. And whoa, it has been a rocky year. Okay, more than rocky. The Nice and Berlin bus massacre. The death of Prince, Harper Lee and Professor Snape. Yes I know the actor’s name playing Snape is Alan Rickman. But he’ll forever always remain in my mind as the flawed, despised and misunderstood Professor Snape.  

Yes, 2016 wasn’t so great a year. But it did have some good things too. Like the Chicago Cubs finally winning the World Series. The premiere of Harry Potter and The Cursed Child. Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them movie released last month. And to be presumptuous some inspirational and educational blog posts by yours truly. Top 10 to be exact, from least to greatest views on Paving My Author’s Road blog.

Happy IWSG Day!-Decisions, Decisions

Happy IWSG Day! Can you believe that it’s November already and it’s IWSG day again? Could’ve sworn our last IWSG day in October happened just yesterday. Either way, there’s only one month left in 2015 for us to come together. Sharing our woes and providing encouragement, until the new year. And it’s all thanks to Alex Cavanaugh for creating this writer’s haven. So we can discuss our fears without shame. Share our triumphs with pride. Always reminding everyone of us, every Wednesday of a new month, that we are not alone.

IWSG Day- A Book Is Not A Race

Happy IWSG Day! Can you believe that 2015 will be over in another two months? Well I can’t. Still I’m so grateful to befriend all the wonderful bloggers and writers from the Insecure Writer’s Support Group. Let’s not forget the encouragement too. All thanks goes to Alex Cavanaugh for creating this writer’s haven. Because let’s face it, this writing life is not always easy. Not when fear and doubt is always at the ready to ensnare us. And for allowing us to remember always, that we are not alone. So, it is that every first Wednesday of a new month, we gather together. Helping and motivating each other.
