Happy Poetry Month!

It’s April 16th and we’re in the third week of poetry month. As before I’m sharing a specific poetry reading that indoctrinated me as that poet’s fan.

Here’s today’s poem by poet Blythe Baird. Enjoy!

Are you a fan yet? What are you doing to celebrate National Poetry Month? Who’s your favorite poet? Why?

PS Poem in Your Pocket Day is next week Friday, April 26th. Here’s the link to this year’s poems. Choose a poem, print them out and carry it in your pocket to share with others.
