Happy poetry month day eight!

Decades ago the standard of beauty has changed from what we now know it today. Today, thin is in. But back in the day the epitome of beauty was a full-figured woman. Used to be that a woman with girth, meat on the bones, were desirable. Synonymous to health, wealth and fertility, at least it still is today in some parts of the world.
